Just came out of the store to check on Christmas items and wreaths and was being watched by one staff member. Certainly not in there to steal something. Sorry ,but I wanted t o browse not steal anything. You lost a sale!!
It is illegal in Massachusetts to pass on credit card fees to customers. Robbins is charging customers 3% more for not using cash! Was told by lady at the register that “everyone” is doing this. Nope, not everyone. Because it is NOT legal in this state!
Robbins is such an important part of the Oxford community. Always willing to step up and step in. I try to buy all my flowers there because I know Joan is going to be right there helping me pick the right mix for what I want to do. She answers all my clueless questions. Definitely worth the extra few pennies to support a local, family owned business.
