My children received their glasses in March of this year, and within just two months, we had to return several times due to the glasses being mishandled and broken. Each visit, the opticians were incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to either repair the glasses or reorder them under warranty, always ensuring we were completely satisfied.

What really stood out is how they never rush through appointments. They give each patient the attention they deserve, truly listen, and offer thoughtful options. In today’s fast-paced world, such genuine customer service is rare.

Everyone — from the doctors to the reception staff — has been absolutely wonderful. We’re so grateful to have found them, and honestly, if I could give them more than five stars, I would.“

“Oh my goodness! This office has changed my life! It all started with me going for a tint on my glasses due to horrendous migraines and Michelle helped me with glasses and suggested that I may need prism glasses! I had never heard of prism glasses! So she helped me make an appt with one of the doctors (who was fantastic by the way), they put me on a wait list and within a week I was in and had my neurolenses ordered. Two weeks later I picked them up and I can see better than I have in years! Kicker is, I’ve been complaining for years about dancing letters and have been walking around with one eye closed so I could see because my eyes weren’t working together. Today with my new glasses I feel like a new person! And many thanks to Michelle for picking up on a problem that my ex eye doctors never even considered! Love this place!!“
