Christine Richards was our Dual agent for a recent home purchase. Our experience with her was shockingly disappointing. We would like to advice caution for her lack of integrity and honestly. She failed to disclose vital information regarding a sewage conversion beginning at our new home just a month after closing. We should have Been advised of this but she and the sellers deliberately did NOT disclose this. What is really shocking is that she claims now that she told us. She absolutely did not.
