Charlotte is extremely empathetic and knowledgeable in her abilities to help her clients live happier and healthier lives. She has taught me how to successfully modify my diet and sleep patterns. Her yoga classes have enabled me to strengthen both my muscles and my balance. The classes also help me to experience deep relaxation.
