I would give no stars if possible. The bad news keeps coming. Two years ago I fired these guys after my bathtub fixture started geysering on a Friday night all over the ceiling and spraying in my bedroom. Fortunately I was near by and the floor damage in my bedroom was minimal but the bathroom ceiling and lights needed replacement. They refused to come over despite offering 24 hour service. So I had to race through the house to turn off the water to the house and live without water until they decided to show up. They tried to blame the contractor but finally had to own it was their mistake. They did repair it. Two years later I went to install the second dehumidifier... read full review
