UPY is a wonderful place to practice yoga, connect with others and find your zen! The teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable. I love how they each bring their own unique energy to class. UPY keeps things fresh with a wide variety of classes (sculpt, vinyasa, slow flow, yin, restorative etc) and pop- ups that will leave you feeling strong and peaceful.
The classes at UPY are excellent! I am loving the sculpt and warm yoga and the instructors are just wonderful. Recently I took a pop-up pilates class that was fantastic! Thanks to UPY for the great classes!
I have been attending yoga classes at UPY for the past 5 years and have tried all 4 studios and almost every instructor and have NEVER had a bad experience. Every class is thoughtful, offers modifications, challenges my body and mind and I always leave feeling healthy than when I arrived. I am so grateful to have this amazing studio down the street and rarely miss a day at UPY. Yes it's that good!
