I had a great massage today with Issac! I had a lot of tension around my neck and back and I feel so much better now. When you enter the building it’s such a warm setting, you instantly get removed from stress with the beautiful decor, and calming music. Issac was cleaning down from the previous person which is a huge peace of mind for me. I absolutely love Aveda products that were used and there’s plenty of options to buy them behind the front counter. I got the Himalayan salt stone treatment and it was my first time. I liked how he moved them around so the salt would absorb and detox me. I’ll definitely be back.

My sister and I were visiting from out of town and decided to treat ourselves to a couple’s massage—so glad we found this place! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing and were greeted by Isaac and Antoine.
They were both professional, attentive, and truly skilled at what they do. They made the whole experience feel personalized and comfortable, and we left feeling completely refreshed.
We absolutely loved it here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great massage experience!

I went yesterday for a couples massage and I loved it ! From the time we walked in and until the time we left the service was amazing. They gave me a rose(since it was vday) and gave us chokola(Haitian hot chocolate) along with water and a York Patty. My massage by norine was amazing and my spouse enjoyed his as well I don’t know his masseuse name but he was very friendly patient and kind. All and all 10/10! As a Haitian American I am so glad to see a Haitian owned business that I will continue to support.

I booked a Swedish massage here at Restorative Wellness. This was my first time here. I booked a 1 hour Swedish massage with Norine. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The massage was great in assisting with lower back tension. The experience overall was something that would lead me to come back here for a massage. When I returned to the front desk to pay, there was a minor discrepancy with the pricing. I paid and someone contacted me shortly in order to resolve this concern. Great communication. Thank you

I’ve been going to Isaac for at least five years now, and my birthday massage with him has honestly become something I look forward to every year. He’s just amazing at what he does.
Isaac is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly understands the body. From deep tissue to hot stone to athletic stretching, he always knows exactly what I need. Every session feels thoughtful and customized, not cookie-cutter. Through experiencing his techniques, I finally understand why athletes recover faster than the rest of us.
This time, I tried the Restorative Spa Day package for one, which included a facial, and it was such a great experience. My goal was stress relief, relaxation, and getting rid of knots. Mission accomplished. I left feeling completely reset. The massage worked out all the tension, and the facial left my skin glowing and refreshed.
I also want to mention how clean and well-maintained the facility is. Everything is spotless, calm, and comfortable, which really adds to the overall experience and makes it easy to fully relax.
Isaac is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about his clients. I always leave feeling better—physically and mentally. Highly recommend.

I recently got a restorative detox facial on NYE from Valerie, and it was PHENOMENAL. She is a kind, patient, friendly, and very skilled aesthetician. I felt comfortable discussing my skin concerns and I left feeling completely renewed (in time for 2026). The spa itself has a beautiful set up and the environment was welcoming and relaxing. I cannot wait for my next facial and I would 100% recommend.
