Paula's Massage Therapy

Paula always speaks to you before she gets to work. She wants to know if there is any area that is sensitive or hurts. I always walk out of there feeling great and renews I do the 90 session because I have many different areas that need full attention. She’s awesome!

I'm a six foot tall guy with lower back issues. I've been coming here for several months now. Paula is a licensed massage therapist who begins by taking your medical history and determining the best type of massage that you need. Her massage room is cozy, and has its own "fireplace." Paula works with a lot of pregnant woman, so her massage table can raise you to a seated or supine position. It will even elevate your legs or bring your knees up. Paula is an incredible therapist delivering deep tissue when needed or less pressure as appropriate. She also utilizes "cupping," a very different sensation as the muscles are pulled up by the suction cup instead pressed down by the hands. One of the best things is the eye masks she sometimes uses when she turns you on your back. She'll check first to see if you want it and if there are any scents that annoy you. I believe my first one was cucumber. I'm a big guy but I loved the semi-reclined position while she works your arms and legs. I highly recommend Paula's massage therapy. It's great and very reasonably priced. Parking is no problem. I usually get a spot right in front of her building.
