I get regular muscle knots and trigger points in my traps from work, and while they usually go away on their own, I recently had one that just wouldn’t budge. It was affecting my sleep, my mood, and daily function – getting worse each day. I’d only had one massage for something like this before at another place, and while the deep tissue work helped temporarily, it was extremely painful and the knot came back quickly.

I booked a last-minute, same-day appointment with Sandra based on her glowing reviews. Scheduling was easy, and she was welcoming and really listened to my symptoms. The massage itself was surprisingly gentle compared to my previous experience – not nearly as painful, and I even fell asleep a few times during the session (though I kept waking myself up snoring, which was embarrassing!).

Afterwards, I felt so relaxed I could barely process what she was saying. I actually had to sit in my car for a while before driving because I was worried I might get into an accident if I drove right away—I honestly felt high after the massage. Sandra told me she doesn’t accept tips, and I was surprised to find out the first massage is only $70 for the hour.

At the time, I didn’t expect much because the session wasn’t as intense as my previous one. But to my absolute amazement, I woke up the next day and the knot was completely gone. Like it was never even there. I’m honestly blown away.
