Excellent staff. Excellent doctors. They actually use their patient portal if you want them to. Certain areas of the office looked a bit tight for wheelchairs. If you've got one over 28" wide (oversized) better check to make sure you'll fit. The flickering flourescent lights were a problem for me--hopefully a temporary one and that would be the building manager's fault, not this practice's.About my visit: I'm so used to being blown off by primaries that I don't even list all of my symptoms anymore, so that they take me seriously when something acute comes up. I was left without a PCP as my PCH for over 30 years told me he was retiring and I had to find a new PCH. As my health issues are complicated I was not able to find a new PCH and other doctor's were actively helping me to find a new PCP. MY prior PCP did nothing to help me and left other Doctors to do his job. He did not do the ethical things he should have done. He abandoned me and left me alone to handle up coming surgeries needed. No courtesy refills of medicines that help keep me alive. THIS IS WERE DR.S. GOWDA STEPPED IN. She was referred to me by another doctor. Norwood Medical Associates has been my primary care doctors for more than 20 years. I see FNP Stephanie Gill for most of my appointments over the years. I'm very pleased with the medical care that I get there
