Tge check in is down the hall. If you miss the sign and go to the appointment room don’t expect anyone to redirect you! The employees stand around talking. No one is paying attention to the people standing at the counter. The dr. Came in and spent less than 5 min doing a quick once over and left!

I had a skin cancer screening with Kayla Sinclair. She was absolutely amazing. I've had them with various doctors in the past and felt it was a total waste of my time. Kayla was through and made the rather awkward situation much more bearable.

The vibe was a little funny. It seemed like there should have been an additional person checking people out, but there was one person at front the desk checking people in and out. When I arrived there was a very loud conversation happening between staff and I couldn't hear what the receptionist was telling me. So that seemed slightly unprofessional.

I was a long time patient here. I am very upset my copay changes because my dr changed tiers I was never notified. Now I am stuck with this massive bill for two visits. I can’t even talk to anyone because billing is useless. I think it’s so wrong for rates to change and not notify the patient.
