If I could give this company 10 stars I would!!! I was extremely pregnant in the middle of summer and the AC in my house completely stopped working.. nightmare situation.. my toddlers room was very hot and so was the whole house. And I was due to give birth in a matter of weeks.. BUT Jimmy, the owner, came to the rescue! He personally came to my house and looked at the unit and had it fixed in no time! Him and his guys did a seamless job and very quick! Quality people and service! I’m a customer for LIFE! Just an incredible company all around, and they truly care about their customers! ?

I have been a client of Burke Plumbing and Heating for many years and there is a great reason for that. Jim and his team are professional, helpful and friendly. The quality of work we have received has always been exceptional! BPH takes pride in their work and they don’t leave until the job is completed. Jim is one of the best HVAC people I have encountered in my many years of work with contractors. He will make sure you are satisfied with your project and that everything is working perfectly. When i realized my heat no longer worked, I googled plumbers in the area. 5 businesses and only 2 picked up! I pulled out my paperwork from the previous owners and Burke Plumbing & Heating was right on top of the paperwork. They had installed the Central Air in my condo. I called, someone was there who took my call!! And the owner Tim came out the next day. His crew showed up the following day to install my new unit! They were very professional and finished before I knew it! I couldn't be happier with the professional service! I'll call them again for the maintenance!!
