This review is for UC in Whitinsville/Northbridge. I come here because it literally is down the road from where I live. Saves me trips to my own Dr and my children’s Dr.’s I’ve been here plenty of times. Of all the times I’ve been here 2x’s have been horrible. I was seen by NP Katie (Kathryn M.) I had a really high fever chest congestion and just bc my flu and Covid was negative she did not even request a chest xray. Waste of 3 hours was sent home with nothing. Next day I saw my own PC Dr. and had pneumonia and was put on antibiotics. Fast forward 3 weeks later. I’ve been there several times! From stitches to sinus infection to having the flu, I have never been to a nicer and caring and convenient place!!!way better than sitting at The ER at Milford hospital, Drs are Great and from the front desk to the assistants everyone is kind and Ready to help!! So Glad your there

Everytime i have come here, and there have been many, everyone of the staff have been very professional and attentive. It is so convenient and wait times have been within reason. I would recommend this urgent care.
