“Great session with Sean today! I came in with some nagging neck and upper back tightness leading to headaches and felt a lot better after the massage. I noticed other reviews that specified that these aren’t “relaxing massages,” but they can be if that’s what you’re looking for! Sean is also knowledgeable about anatomy & exercise physiology, and gave me some tips to improve the areas of my back I’m struggling with. Environment was clean and quiet, another staff member at the front desk was just as professional and kind. I hope to be back soon!“
