Patients have praised the phenomenal service, great care, and compassion provided by the entire staff, even during stressful situations. The team at this urgent care is absolutely amazing. Patients have found the nurses, physician assistants, and front desk staff to be friendly, professional, and thorough. Despite a small issue with appointment scheduling where the text notification did not work, patients appreciated the staff’s professionalism and helpfulness. The care is consistent, with a physician like Dr. Klajdi taking time to explain everything and encourage questions, and Nurse Tiffany showing compassion and professionalism. Overall, the facility is known for great care and attentive service, although wait times may occasionally be a minor concern.
I switched to coming here after countless bad experiences at Inconvenient MD in Westborough. The interaction with the front desk staff was positive (greeted quickly, checked in efficiently). Wait times when registering online were reasonable (5-7 mins), and the providers were very helpful and attentive, though during each visit they weren’t doctors (PA’s I think). I’ll continue to go here as long as the experience remains consistent. So far so good though!
All the staff was respectful, informative and truly seemed like they wanted to help. Dr. Suki was great!!!! 5/5⭐️
I go here whenever I need immediate care. My PCP is much further away so this is quite convenient. I have always had good care here! They can diagnose quickly and prescribe a cure. It’s a win win.
