Very disappointed with today’s experience. I’ve been to CareWell in the past without issue, but not today. I had a “save your place in line” time for 3 pm. I was seen at 6:30 pm. After waiting all this time, I wasn’t listened to and felt like I was spoken to like a 2 year old (PS I have an equivalent medical degree, can’t prescribe medications to myself!). I’m giving them a 2 instead of a 1 because the MA and the registration personal were lovely.

I went in with an injury to my arm and I have to say, I was treated respectfully and with integrity. Everything was explained fully and questioned were answered without medical jargon. I would recommend this location!

Very nice and friendly , I hurt myself while working with the grinder machine, the metal attachment part loosened and hit my right knee , very painful, I asked the staff for the ice pack, but still couldn’t take the pain, there were 7 other patients ahead of me, I decided go home to take some pain killers, but I doubted I could drive home safely because of the pain , then the staff asked people to let the doctor see me first, I really appreciated peoples help, God blessed you all.
