I'm writing this review because reading the other (and only,) two star review helped me to feel less alone throughout my experience with Wright builders. My experience can be summed up as a series of over-promises and under-deliveries, coupled with a serious lack of communication from all levels of the organization. The project of building my home took twice as long as anticipated and it dragged on for months after I moved in. I have thought a long time about whether to write a review and were I to write one, what I would say. It’s come to the point where I think it’s a disservice not to write a review. I engaged this company roughly a year ago to do a quite extensive renovation on an older home and while that relationship started out positively, I cannot possibly recommend this company. The work has been beset by sloppy mistakes from the first week of work that left me still with an unfinished home seven months into what was supposed to have been a four month process (by their account) and 4+ months after I have moved in.
