I grew up in Northampton but live in Michigan now. I often visit my aging parents and still bring all my shoe repair work here. Extremely fair prices and does a fantastic job every time.
The owner, although obviously busy that day, took on the job of adding Velcro to several sandal straps! We were very pleased with the workmanship and the expediency in which the job was handled! Our sincere thanks and appreciation!
Brilliant. Brought him a pair of relatively new boots, where one boot was pulling away from the heel. He fixed it in a couple days, and only charged me $10. And the boot is like new. Perfect.
