Great experience.
I came in for a watch battery replacement which John took care of right then in 2 or 3 minutes. Pleasant conversation as he effected the replacement. The charge was quite inexpensive, far less than the charge I'd incurred at another jeweler's two months previous when I had the battery replaced in another watch.

I have been in the store twice in the last couple of weeks. Once for a repair which he did in a day and the 2nd time to have a bunch of jewelry looked at to see if it was costom or real. Walked out very happy. John is friendly, personable and an overall trustworthy guy I will definitely go back.
