Unbelievable! My daughter ordered a coat online and it came in with a faulty zipper. I couldn't fix it. I brought it into Peter's and without hesitation the kind clerk behind the counter maneuvered the zipper and fixed it right in front of me. She didn't make me feel stupid, and refused payment. I just wanted to let everyone know that this type of service is a thing of the past, but not at Peter's.
