I saw Chalice Santorelli, NP for a NP visit in October. She is OUTSTANDING! She was kind, compassionate and thorough. Her medical assistant was very kind and professional.I feel I am in great hands with Chalice. The office staff is pleasant and efficient. If you are looking for great medical care, look no further!! I just can't say enough good things about Chalice and the whole staff!

The director of the trans health clinic is a fantastic and thorough primary care provider. Every phlebotomist I’ve had here has been courteous and great at their job. Never had any issues with the office staff. Doctors often run behind due to high patient volume but the staff are great at rescheduling things quickly if you need it.The only other specialist I’ve encountered was in he rheumatology department, which I unfortunately found rather dismissive and uninterested in getting to the bottom of my symptoms. I was disappointed as I’ve not encountered that sort of attitude with anyone else at this clinic.Overall the majority of my experiences here have been positive.
