I have had a wonderful experience at Northampton Dental Group. Everybody- the hygienists, the front office, Dr. Boynton and Dr. Nill and their assistants- has made my dental visits as simple, straightforward and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dental home!
I've been a patient at the Northampton Dental Group for about 5 years now. The staff is always friendly, professional and welcoming. The hygienists are skilled and make patients feel comfortable during dental appointments which we all know are not everyone's favorite type of appointment. Dr. Boynton and Dr. Nill are both friendly, capable and experienced dentists who take the needs of their patients seriously. They take the time to clearly explain what will happen during a procedure and make patients feel at ease. I would recommend the Northampton Dental Group to anyone not only because of their professionalism but also because they are an incredibly welcoming team who remembers and truly care about their patients.
Clean, quiet small office with friendly staff. Dr. Boynton is a knowledgeable man. He takes time educating patients. They have cameras and take pictures to explain rationale behind their prioritization. I was excited about moving to the valley and utilizing my dental benefits at this office. My first cleaning was great. The hygienist was gentle and efficient. My consultation with Dr. Boynton was good. He didn't address things that had been told to me about my teeth already (a cavity on a tooth) and his prioritization for my dental procedures was different than previous, but that's okay. What I disagreed with was showing up to my scheduled appointment and being told that my appointment was rescheduled to accommodate someone else without my consent. I could see the schedule for the day and could see other appointments later in the day which could be double booked. This "emergency" patient was sitting, smirking in no apparent distress. I can understand the desire to accommodate patients, but without consent is not a practice I support.
