I have been a long time customer at Joia. I love their products and customer service. Their facials, manicures and pedicures are the best. However, the absolute best part of the store are the ownersand staff- kind, patient, helpful and caring.

Joia is a gem that we are lucky to have. The owner and staff are all wonderful and make excellent, tailored recommendations. I have used them to send gifts during the pandemic and the staff never fails to pick out and nicely package amazing gifts for all budgets to ship. The selection of products is great. This is absolutely my favorite place to buy gifts for others (and myself) in Northampton. Highly recommended.

I don't know why I haven't reviewed Joia sooner because honestly, the staff there deserve all the love in the world! I have some pretty terrible contact-allergies that leave me unable to use 90% of the skincare, hair care, make up, shampoo, (etc.) on the market. I first started shopping at Joia because the Dr. Hauschka line is one of the few that is completely safe for me and ever since, the staff has been really helpful in recommending various products that have a better chance of working for me, (and always encourage me to double check the ingredients to make sure I won't have a reaction, which makes it feel more like genuine advice rather than someone trying to sell...read full review
