I love shopping here! JoiaBeauty is filled with beautiful, well-curated items, from all-natural beauty and skin products to gorgeous table items. The friendly staff are so knowledgeable and helpful about products that will work well specifically for me. Their treatments are a treat, and I've never regretted a purchase, even if it was a splurge!

I have been a long time customer at Joia. I love their products and customer service. Their facials, manicures and pedicures are the best. However, the absolute best part of the store are the ownersand staff- kind, patient, helpful and caring.

I came here recently trying to find some holiday presents for a loved one with mature combination skin, and I was not disappointed. The sales associates were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the store was filled with enticing skincare goodies (including a shelf of products "specifically for men"). Joia has become my go-to beauty destination right here in Northampton!
