They are so helpful, courteous, kind -- it's just a pleasure working with them.Because they are good they have a LOT of work, but they even took time out to help me as an emergency walk-in, made a later appointment an solved the issue easily. Can't praise them enough.

The folks at Ink & Toner are incredibly helpful. They were able to fix my elderly mother's ancient laptop. So helpful as it would have been hard for her to learn how to use a new device. They trouble shoot tech issues I have and save me time and money while doing so!

We had a huge emergency yesterday and called your office. Not only did Chris come to our home in the nick of time, but he was able to fix our computer quickly and with great respect for us and whatever mistake I made that got us into the problem in the first place. I cannot recommend Chris' services highly enough.
