I can’t say enough good things about Florence Animal Clinic. Both Dr. Lorenzo and Dr. Kefer are truly wonderful. I’ve trusted them with the care of multiple cats. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoughtful in how they approach treatment. They take the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.

I also really appreciate their judgment and honesty. When something requires more specialized attention, they’re thoughtful about referring out rather than trying to do everything in-house, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to what’s best for the animal.

Incredible staff and veterinarians. Love that it is locally owned. They go out of their way to help animals in the community. My dogs and cats both, have been treated with compassion. They have solved a lot of issues because of the experience they have as a whole

We had a very positive experience at Florence Animal Clinic last week. We brought our cat in for her annual check-up and rabies shot. The tech was very warm and sweet to our 2 yo cat, as was Dr. Lorenzo. Both our cats got sick last year after their shots, so Dr. Lorenzo pre-treated our cat with Benadryl to ward off any allergic reaction. My husband had done a lot of research about rabies vaccines, and was pleased to find out that it’s standard at Florence Animal Clinic for them to use the safest form of the vaccine and to administer it in a hind leg rather than in the scruff of the neck. Our cat had no reaction to the vaccine!
