Swedish trained, I provide quality efficiency work to community and take my practice very seriously by using a client’s spoken needs to create a highly individualized routine that fits their goals. I specialize in deep tissue, trigger point, and certified reflexology. Apart from those modalities, I was am a certified reiki master. What I have improved on most is my focus and ability to more quickly solve pain problems, by working with appropriate pressure to client's requests and hands-on sensing.
