Josh walked us through the home and gave us a written report afterwards. Was able to explain why issues with the home needed to be changed in an easy to understand way, including how to fix them, and was incredibly knowledgeable.

Josh did a phenomenal job inspecting our house. He was super informative, understanding, and helped contextualize what was severe and what was normal wear and tear.

The report itself was also very thorough and complete.
