Jeff came to fix my Heating system because I had no heat. He was prompt and professional. I have used Jeff and his coworkers many times and have always been satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to everyone.
This visit was for annual maintenance on an Navien gas hot water heater. Our technician, Jeff S., was thorough and efficient. Everything was transparent and explained well. I appreciated that there were no attempts to upsell additional equipment or services as seems to be the norm when receiving HVAC services these days. We will use J. Griffin for systems maintenance in the future.
The water was dripping and we were in a plumbing panic, but J. Griffin responded with calm reassurance followed up with action. Within three hours of the diagnosis, the new toilet arrived, along with the amazing Jeff. Swift response. Excellent work. Great people.
