Dropped my dress off on a Monday and paid upfront. I was asked by the woman who owns this place “ when would you like to pick up?” I responded with hesitation and she quickly responded with “ how about Friday?” I said yes. I then went in on that Saturday, a day after it was promised to be informed by the male owner that she was on vacation last week and it hasn’t been done yet. I then was put on the phone with the female owner as I was confused as it was promised the day prior and offered on that day by the woman who apparently was on vacation that week.
