The carpet looks beautiful and the installation went great. My request as to the start date and order of rooms being done was accommodated. My office was back up and running in less than a day. Mike the installer and the others were professional, friendly and neat. It was a pleasure sharing my home with them for a few days. I would highly recommend North Oxford Mills to anyone considering carpet replacement.

From picking out the carpet, to the installation , it was seamless. Unlike the Box store I went to many years ago, the installer was friendly, knowledgeable and installed 1 room in a matter of hours vs. 2 days due to mistakes on their end. I purchased carpet for a large master bedroom from my go to place, N. Oxford Mills and the day of installation started earlier than expected when the installer Brendon arrived on a day of 95 degree temperature and 70 degree humidity. It was oppressive. He entered the house with total respect of my home and was very polite. I showed him to the room and he immediately went to work, pulling up the old carpet and prepping while he waited for his coworker Mike (who laid carpet at my home before), and was delivering the carpet and padding. Mike arrived and back to work. My wife and checked on them a offered them water due to the extreme heat, the AC in that room was slightly putting a dent in it. They completed the job about 3 hours later and Brendon asked that we inspect the job to make sure we were satisfied, it was the best job I've ever seen, it was beautiful. The carpet was fitted to the baseboards with uniform precision. There was no damage to the baseboards and I was super pleased. As Brandon cleaned up and gathered his tools, I had a chance to speak with him, he could'nt have been more personable or polite towards my wife and I. When Rob (owner) called me with job follow up, I relayed that I have two future rooms that need updates and I'll request that Brandon and Mike for installation. At the end of the day, the installers are the face of the business, Brandon and Mike are exceptional!

I hate shopping but North Oxford Carpet Mills was a totally enjoyable experience for me. The building looks dates back to the Industrial Age but there was more carpet inside than I have ever seen in a store. No 6” x 6” samples but the whole carpet. The salesman was very courteous and knew where everything was. The carpet installer did a bang-up job and our stair runner fits perfectly. I was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of everyone who worked with us to get the job done. A very fair price for a job well done. I was extremely pleased and continue to be pleased with the whole process from beginning to end.

We had a great experience with North Oxford Mills. Our new carpet looks great. We chose in stock carpet which made it affordable, this is perfect if you are flexible in the style and shade you are looking for. There were a lot of neutrals in different shades to choose from, Robin was very helpful in showing us what was available for the size rooms we had. The installation was professional and done quickly once we were on the schedule.
