I appreciate the way they took care of my baby blue . He stood overnight and I was kept in touch with the doctor's . Their prices aren't expensive and I'm definitely happy with their service and staff . I would have liked to have spent the night with my baby blue , because he's never been away from me . I recommend any fur babies Mom or dad to take their Fur baby there . I'm very pleased with the care they gave my baby and they were very thoughtful about how I was doing .

We were referred to Tufts ER by a concerned veterinary cardiologist who found our 10yo wheaten had a mass in her throat. She had bloodwork, X-ray, and echocardiogram all before we arrived which I actively ensure they received. We sat for 7+ hours waiting for them to determine what the mass was, but were told that her case kept getting pushed for more time sensitive cases. We finally took her home (she was experiencing diarrhea from the stress and she continued to be pushed for other cases) so we could try another hospital the next morning to finally learn she has aggressive squamous cell carcinoma making it difficult for her to breathe from her nostrils, eat, or sleep. It was absolutely time sensitive. Even if we can somehow get her seen by an oncologist within the next few days it may be too late bc these kinds of tumors are so incredibly aggressive. I just received the report from Tufts indicating that we were there for a sinus issue that they couldn’t hear. Despite me personally making sure they had all necessary records from her other doctors, the mass is not mentioned once in the “case summary” they prepared yet they managed to charge us $1200 to stress our dog, prolonging her struggled breathing, and causing us to lose a full day of care and potential life saving treatment.

Though my poor Dooci ultimately had to be put down, I want to express my gratitude for the excellent care and compassion that both my German Shepard (Dooci) and I received while in your care May 13/14 last month. I received a warm card of condolences from many of the staff there and it touched me. I have no doubt my beautiful little boy touched the hearts of all in his presence. I especially want to thank Dr. Allison Mosichuk for her help in assuring me that I had made a good decision in the end and sorrow that she had to experience his last breath with me. I believe she may have even cried with me during this painful experience. I am most grateful and commend you all for what you do. Thank you.

Both Dr. Bethel and Dr. Torres were exceptional beyond words. I also need to mention that every person that we were in contact with at the front desk - from the first 2:30 am emergency call to the three subsequent visits we had to make with our dogs was incredibly kind and compassionate. We feel very fortunate to have a hospital like this only a half an hour away and we will be forever grateful for all they have done for our pet family.
All three very recent visits couldn't have gone any better.

Dr. Shulman and Haley were so amazing to work with. They kept me informed consistently & reassured me through the entire process. This left me feeling confident in my decision with surgery as trust was built with these two individuals specifically. Dr. Shulman is so kind and informed. He has a way of being able to explain things scientifically and also simply without jargon. Haley is extremely professional and helpful as a student, and I really enjoyed being with her.

I wouldn't go anywhere else with an emergency. My last experience was wicked positive My dog ate a bunch of cooked onions and dogs aren't supposed to eat those so they took his vitals at the ER and they says we're not going to admit him cuz we think he'll be all right and things turned out okay so I got charged to zero and I appreciate all their help

The receptionist was very good, I think her name was Nicole, not sure. Very helpful, had her ask for the measurement of my dog's neck so I could pick up a tube collar, on the way home. Also, very helpful in changing my profile information, since I got divorce from prior visit.
Called ahead, my dog scratched his lipoma and lacerated it. When I got there, they had his information . They came out and checked on him and made sure he was wrapped up in gauze so he wasn't bleeding everywhere. They explained the process and it was exactly what they told me. Very professional. Wouldn't change anything.
