this salon markets one thing and delivers another. they reportedly never noticed they sell 75 minute facials but deliver 60 minutes. 15 is for cleaning. they were completely ungracious and when I told the owner so, she told me to find another salon. Lesson to share, they don't care if you're unhappy, they'll just tell you to go elsewhere.

I just love this Salon. The atmosphere is so welcoming from the minute you walk through the door. They have a team concept, so if your stylist is busy, another stylist will do your shampoo. That way don't feel like you're being ignored. There are no bright lights or loud conversations. They also offer wonderful facials. Prices are in line with other salons in the area, but Salon North is the best I've found.

Update: I am a respected reviewer and the person that messaged you 2 days ago. For you to accuse me of being a scammer is shameful. I was a long standing client of the business in both locations and have 3 valid gift cards that you inferred were not valid. I offered to send you copies. You should have invited me down to meet the staff, discuss my request.Then, if you had rejected my cards, I wouldn't have written this review. I am a very nice person. I was only hoping you'd assist me in a professional and understanding manner. A new business owner should be fair, helpful, professional and kind in order to garner business. Don't worry, I am done, altho very disappointed that I'm unable to experience your salon as I'm sure it would be wonderful. I'm retired and needed the financial help from the cards to get started there.
Would not honor 3 valid gift cards from Hot Locks, totalling a substantial amount, given to me by friends spending their hard earned money. Hot Locks would have had no idea who the purchasers were who gave me the valid gift cards I am holding, so there was no window of opportunity for me to use them. How could I have known? They just lost a very good return client for salon and spa services. Good business practice would have been to have me bring the cards in and offer me a discount, if not the full card values.They would have had an excellent, regular and loyal client for many services. I will now take my business elsewhere. Zero stars for very poor business practice. I should note that this is the only 1 (0) star review I have ever written.

I can not imagine going anywhere else. I've been coming here for more years than I care to admit. . It is amazingly clean. The staff is professional and friendly. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than five minutes. My hair can be rather uncooperative. Think cowlicks. They have tamed it. They've never tried to up sell on products or services. I'd recommend them to anyone. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I've had so many people ask who does my hair that I keep Amanda's cards in my pocket.
