However, some issues have been reported with the front office, including long wait times and inability to speak with a live person. Despite this, patients have praised the expertise of Dr. Amy Chang and the medical team, with one former employee recommending the practice to friends and family. While some have had mixed experiences with certain physicians, overall the practice is known for its commitment to providing excellent medical care.
In a world with constant complaints about medical care, I had to give this place a shout out. I walked into this office today at 10am and realized I had actually made an appointment at a different office (because I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t do something like that) that was over a half hour away. This office set me up as a new patient and told me they could take me for an 11am cancellation. They gave me all the information to call my PCP to get the referral for insurance. I was walking into the exam room by 10:25. My doctor was so pleasant and helpful. She really went above and beyond, she event contacted the billing office when I had a few questions whether certain things would be covered, and how much the cost would be. Not once, did I feel like an inconvenience, when let’s be honest, this was a pretty inconvenient situation. If anyone is considering seeing a dermatologist , or looking to change their current office, I highly recommend this office 😊
My husband and I have been patients of Dr Chang for many years and she is top notch! Always thorough and compassionate, she teaches me something new every time I visit. Highly recommend this practice!
I have been going to Dr. Shroff-Mehta for the past eight years. She is not only a fantastic doctor, but gets to know her patients as well. Dr. Shroff-Mehta stays ahead with the new solutions for eczema and doesn’t suggest something without trying it out herself. In addition, her staff of nurses and front reception (Debbie) are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend South Shore Dermatology Physicians.
