After we bought our house in Truro we hired Pine Knoll Builders to renovate our home and discovered that I believe ours was the first house they actually had built. John and his son now do an excellent job, they are very reliable and the worksmanship is excellent. I just text what needs to be done and it is done. It is a pleasure dealing with people you can trust.

Pine Knoll build our original 2200 sq ft Cape Cod 3 bedroom home in 2002 in Wellfeet. We had multiple designs to choose from that they had developed for us. They did a fantastic job and we were thrilled with their work. John Ferro and his team were extremely thorough, paid attention to every detail and completed the project on time and on budget. In 2019, we again used Pine Knoll to design and complete and new 16x20 addition and a new deck. The work was again superior, on time and on budget. John F and his team are great to work with, and listen to the customer needs/ideas which was a real plus. I would strongly recommend them, they were the best!

Pine Knoll Builders built and help design our home at the Cape. I did not live at the cape during the construction and was concerned about how the project would be managed. John Ferro is a excellent contractor. From day one he was honest on what he could do for us and offered many options within our budget. He coordinated his sub-contractors and was able to get the project done when he had promised. Most contractors always come back after the project had started with unforeseen problems and request for more funds. Pine Knoll never did, they delivered what was designed at a great quality for the contracted price. I highly recommend Pine Knoll for any construction needs.
