I can’t say enough for how pleased I am with Steve and Qualified Burner Technicians. I called late afternoon and he had already finished for the day yet he still came out and took care of a first time customer. He showed me what a lousy job I had been getting in the past and was more than fair. Even though he is booked for two weeks he got me straightened out. I will be calling him back again next year. We lost our heat in the middle of the coldest day in a decade and we couldn't find anyone who could come out except for ones that were really overpriced. I got through to Tom and he said he could be here in a couple of hours and was on time. He was able to figure the problem out and fix it and offer a solutions to other issues. He was fantastic and was someone who really knew his job. I recommend him without reservation
