Excellent service, outstanding products, and very reasonable prices. Joe the technician is very knowledgable and can fix any Electrolux if its fixable, and Peter the salesman is personable and qualified. He won't sell you anything you don't need. Their company functions the way you would expect it to; with honest integrity. Thank you Joe and Peter.

I needed a replacement belt for our Bissell vacuum and called here. The owner was very responsive, told me to come by and he would see if he could match it. He spent time going through his stock and found a match. Then he would not take any money for the belt orhis time! WOW! Talk about customer service. He said they are under new management and it’s obvious with his friendly demeanor that they will be successful. Highly recommended!

Love vacuum and when it stopped working, I was miserable. Brought it to Aerus and they couldn't have been any nicer or honest business people. Just needed to find a reset button. No charge and I am a happy lady. Thank you so much.
