I recently started getting weekly prenatal massages with Ciara, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, sweet, attentive, and accommodating, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire experience.
The spa also has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable prenatal massage, including a pregnancy cushion that allows you to safely and comfortably lie on your stomach if you choose. For me, this was an absolute game changer! It was the first time in months that I felt completely weightless, and it relieved so much of the tension and pressure I’d been carrying in my lower back.
Such an amazing experience from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! 🤍

Amazing gym with some of the best instruction on the East Coast. I’ve been coming out now for 10 plus years sharing what I’ve learned from my instructor, Rickson Gracie. This is one of the only gyms that focuses on the basics and fundamentals of the art done with so much detail and at a high level so it works in training, competition and most importantly in a fight when your life depends on it. I can’t recommend SBG East Coast enough, especially if you’re looking to learn more about my method or Rickson’s method of jiu-jitsu, this is the place for you.

I have been going to Stephen & Co for many years. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied with my services. They are all very pleasant from welcoming you to the salon until you walk out the door. You are always consulted before your service even begins. When you leave the front desk asks if you are satisfied. The decor is modern, stylish and elegant. The staff is professional as well as concerned with you as a client. I love the upbeat atmosphere, you leave looking forward to going back.
The Tile Girls team has been incredibly helpful and responsive in getting our tile order placed, helping us when we had to look for more items. They have a great selection of beautiful tiles for all needs - kitchens, bathrooms, pools, probably much more too. If you are anywhere in the Providence to Cape Cod area , stop here before buying somewhere else. You get real help from experienced women.

They are very nice, and are very professional. The lady at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. If you have to take your child/children, they have a play area to keep them distracted with movies and toys.

This cute little shop is easy to miss, but definitely worth checking out! A friend told me about it and I’m so glad I listened. Wendy was super responsive and worked around my schedule, which I really appreciated. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. They do great work!
The only thing that made me a little nervous was not seeing new tools used for each client. Cleanliness is important to me, so that’s something I noticed. Still, overall a good experience and I’d recommend them.

Alison is the BEST, I have curly hair and not many Stylists can cut my hair the way I like it . But Alison just does an Excellent, superb cut. I am very fussy with my hair. She is the Best!! I drive from the Cape, and I would drive from New Hampshire if I needed a great cut. She is so good at what she does, very talented at her profession ❤
I had to take the time to come on and say how impressed I was with this facility. I really had no recommendations and relied on a google search to find an Ophthalmologist. They got me in the same day amazingly. Receptionist, and nurses were SO helpful and friendly answering my questions and Doctor Kiltie was very knowledgeable and experienced. I went into advanced Eye on an emergency situation, I saw Dr Winslow. I am very happy with him he was very thorough in his exam, due to me having eye pain and headache, he did not just look and walk away he did several different tests. I am thankful the Dr Winslow and his time that he took to see me today I highly recommend him. Great personality explains everything thoroughly.
My stylist, Stacy is an expert colorist. She’s friendly, accommodating and goes out of her way to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your color and cut?

A very reasonable price & excellent service. Now my parents’ Electrolux will outlive me! I don’t know why I went to Handy first, who wanted to charge a ridiculous price. $800 versus under $300. Don’t waste your time and come here 1st.
I recently had to find a new hairdresser! I have had the same hairdresser for my entire life. I booked with Karyna and I was totally impressed. She put my worries to ease. I got a cut, root touch up & highlight. Wow! My hair looks and feels great! Total shine and feels silky! And, I love that they use such high quality products! I highly recommend Karyna!

For some reason the suit I bought had the “extra buttons” attached to the tag inside the jackets pocket that caused “damage” but was fixed as soon as I brought to their attention.
Staff was very attentive and helpful, I got the honey pedicure. It was very relaxing and made me feel brand new. 10/10!

[Backlog Review] I got a standard massage by one of the male masseuses and it was fantastic and much needed at the time. I can't remember which type of massage I purchased but my interactions were respectful and the staff were very accommodating. They spend too much time on your back..I had 11/2 hour massage and an hour was spent on my back..
Hands and feet are important if ita a body massage...
