We bought an HP Sceptre laptop there a few days ago. Service there was excellent, very helpful & accommodating. We had the laptop home within a few hours once everything from old laptop was downloaded. Only excellent comments for all staff at Dartmouth Computer Genius. We appreciate your help & kindness! I brought my PS5 to them to fix the Blu-ray player. They fix it in the same day. Only took him 4 hours. Got it back and now it runs perfect. It's like brand new again and also super nice people working there as well. Definitely recommend bringing anything that needs to be fixed to them

I purchased a laptop on scamazon. The laptop top was not booting up at 1st and when it did the keyboard did not work. Without using the name i 1st took it to big box store who wanted to sell me all kinds of crap to grand total of 500.00 to fix it. I had no intention of fixing anything and knew this bi box store was trying to scam me. I wanted 2nd opinion as to what was actually wrong with it so I could return it. I brought it here, I paid a extremely reasonable diagnostic fee.
