Tufts Medicine Pediatrics with Boston Children’s Specialty Center – Chelmsford

I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with everyone here, especially Dr. Chwals. His ability to figure out, and fix a complex, rare, and delicate situation is the reason I have a son.

If I could give lower than 1star then I would, i went to my appointment and was told that my blood pressure was high then moments later they came back to the room and said that they have some bad news and they can’t see me today because “ALL OF A SUDDEN “ my medical insurance is something they don’t take, i hope if you have to get checked out anyone of your medical issues stay away from them they are not for ppl just for money don’t trust them they are snakes, please be advised they will not help you.

I am so much happier since I switched to this doctor office. They are nice, intelligent, and timely. I have yet to have any issues with them and I recommend them to anyone.

My son had an MRI done, still waiting on the results. I have called tufts so many times only to find out that his doctor has left and there is no one there to help me. I wish I never took my son here, now all his medical needs are delayed and some I will have to start from scratch since he will probably need to transfer somewhere else. Avoid tufts.

I had an appt at 2pm its 330 and I'm still sitting waiting for the doctor to come in I will make my appt next time in westford they are really good with keeping the time
