Originally got the kids doing karate, and little by little the rest of the family has joined the ranks. Always impressed by level of thoughtfulness and care Andrew and Michelle put in, and it rubs off on the rest of the community. Highly recommend Alpha for any kid or adult. Alpha now also offers Tai Chi classes.
Eight months ago I went to a kickboxing class at Alpha Martial Arts on a whim and stood in a room of strangers, completely out of my depth, worried I was too late to start something new, too busy looking after the kids, too weak, too unfit … but I’m so glad I did it anyway. I’ve made new friends, gained confidence, become stronger and my fitness has improved. I look forward to every class. Since then my daughter has joined the kids classes too, and she thinks Mike is the best! Highly recommend. ? ? ?
Andrew and Michelle are the most amazing and kind hearted people! They truly want what's best for the child/student and helping them develop not only in martial arts but in life! They have amazing patience and love toward all their students. I will recommend them 1000X over. They are THE BEST! ❤️??
