I brought my car in for a brake job, they were awesome about calling before work and giving me an accurate quote. I knew I needed more work done, and I was unsure if it was worth it but I went ahead and had the brakes done for safety. The brakes squeaked a bit and they had me take it in to be looked and fixed on their dime.
They provided accurate, detailed quotes on the other work to be done, they were transparent about the costs, they were reasonable about giving me options and timelines considering my high mileage vehicles and my particular needs.

Ive had many things worked on here and have always been satisfied, exhaust, engine, and custom stuff. Recently my starter went, and i placed one call and was told to have it towed the next day and it was fixed the following morning. Incredible turn around, great service, i never hesitate to bring my car there and i recommend them to everyone!!
Years ago my car at the time failed inspection due to a compromised exhaust pipe. I had been planning on upgrading to a custom exhaust setup anyways and decided to replace everything from the engine to the tailpipe. I lived in Tewksbury at the time & had heard good things about R&D. I came in and received a consult &
