Andrews did my pool in 2004, 20 years later I am doing my first pool renovation - new tile and plaster. Typical times to renovate are 10-15 years, so mine lasted a long time. Every crew comments how well my pool has held up, and how well it was built. There are no structural issues with my pool, the pipes, or the deck. I can't say how this company is today, but they were solid for me many years ago.

they installed an inground pool at our home in Tewksbury back in 2002. The pool was fine but the grading of the surrounding yard resulted in water flow into the pool from the surrounding yard any time it rained. When installing/designing the pool, they should have taken this into consideration and made recommendations (which they did not). The project manager was never around and only came by when it was time to collect the payment at different stages of the construction. I was left to figure out how to stop the water runoff from flowing into the pool after they left. They never considering drainage at all.
