• Lisa B. is fantastic at making yoga feel accessible! As a total beginner, I was nervous about not being flexible enough, but she is incredibly encouraging and offers plenty of modifications. The atmosphere is warm and non-intimidating, which made me feel comfortable from day one.
I love this quaint gym with such soulful people. I have tried many of their classes. I love yoga with Lisa B. She is very knowledgable and has an awesome sense of humor. Andria and Carlos make you feel right at home.
Let me first say that Andrea is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. I played college basketball and have had every type of massage you could have. Andrea combines the benefits of those deep tissue massages but without the pain during the treatment. If you are looking for a massage that actually helps your body and gives you the relaxation during the treatment, then this is your spot.
