Derek is THE BEST! I had a cookout a few weeks ago to which a nest of yellow jackets were not invited. Pest Assasins arrived the next day to treat a nest behind the brick of my house. There was a NOTICEABLE difference within a few hours and the cookout proceeded the following day without issue. Today, i had to have a retreatment through no fault of the company. The yellow jackets were just a bit better at hiding behind the brick. Derek listened to my concerns as to where I was finding their dead little bodies in the house and did a thorough inspection of the areas. He retreated and told me to what to watch for. . We had Brian as our exterminator. He was great! Very professional, explained the steps he was taking to eliminate ants from getting inside our house. He was also here to check on our mouse issue in the basement. Again, he was very thorough. And just an all around nice guy. Have to say, I don’t get that vibe from most pest control workers. The thing that impressed me most about Brian, was how he spoke about Pest Assassins. I asked him if he liked working for them and he said, “I love the company”. He talked about the culture and how valued he felt. And that it was a 100 times better than his former pest control company. Only reason I’m mentioning this... read full review
