The vet techs are wonderful but the vets themselves are unprofessional and have refused to give my dog her medicine because shes old and they wanted us to put her down but she still eats, goes for walks, and is generally pretty happy but now she has problems going to the bathroom because they are refusing to give us her medicine. That was what the medicine was for. They just want your money. Not to mention they've left me sitting in the room for over an hour when my appointment was done. Happier at Banfield now.

This place couldn’t get worst from where it’s at now. They are horrible vets. They have not a single clue about what’s going on in the slightest bit. Don’t be shocked to spend a lot of money on nothing involving your pet’s condition.

Definitely don’t go to this vet if you care about your pet’s health and want to know the truth about your pets condition. The vets seem clueless, couldn't handle questions and immediately took them as an offense. They gave my friend wrong info about her pet's condition and she then took him to another vet to get a second opinion and unfortunately passed. BEWARE!

The staff were very friendly and one in particular was so sweet and understanding and even called a couple days later to check in on my dog! They offer pretty much all the services you would find at an emergency vet, but did end up sending me to the emergency vet after i said i wanted a second opinion. The staff seemed proffesional and knowledgeable.

Posting on behalf of my friend because they don’t want to but people need to know their pets are not in good hands here. After doing blood work they could not get in contact with the vet to get the results for over five days and the dog had an extremely high temperature. Now even a week later while taking the medication, the dogs fever is still sitting way too high and they have to go elsewhere to get a second opinion to figure out what’s really going on. Staff was rude when calling telling them the vet was ‘too busy’ when they would inquire about the lab work that was done. Very unprofessional.

Both the Dr. and her supporting staff were extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional with my pet cat during our visit on Monday. My cat CLEARLY did not want to be there, but the staff remained patient and gentle throughout our visit. Lab draws were done in a single try. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone with an anxious animal in need of well or sick visits.
