Remember that this is a Laundromat .. and not a spa. It's clean, it's staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people who are more than willing to help customers get their laundry done ... in and around the other "core business" that Lizzie's offers, i.e. "We do your laundry for you as a service." Hence, some machines may be in use by the staff, and there is minimal area for customer folding - but that's a very small price to pay for a facility that is sparkling clean, offers excellent washers and dryers, and staffed by those who are willing to offer help when needed.

This place was a lifesaver for me as I’m traveling. I stopped in early on a Saturday to drop off a small load of laundry. The attendant was very friendly, I received a text when my clothes were done, it was clean, and it wasn’t super expensive. It’s recommended to come early on weekends to avoid the rush. I dropped my clothes off around 9 am and they were done by noon. Highly recommend this place.

Clean laundromat with High Quality washing machines and dryers and world class customer service. Katie works non-stop and is so very personable and was so helpful to me. In todays environment where customer service skills seems to be lacking Katie is a shining example on how it should be done. Thanks Katie I will most definitely be back.
