Yesterday I brought my laptop to Joe’s Computer Services because It was no longer turning on. I was greeted by Garrett, who took my laptop to diagnose what the problem was. After a few minutes he was able to determine the problem was the battery. The laptop was fixed and running. While talking with Garret I was asking about purchasing a new laptop. He showed me a new Dell laptop that was on display, explaining all the particulars about it. I am one of those people who does not understand what the numbers mean. Garrett kindly asked what I use my laptop for and that new laptop was perfect. When finishing the purchase I asked Garrett if he was the owner and he said he was not. The owner is in his office. I walked over to the Open Door of the owner. I wanted him to know what a great experience I had. Whenever possible I shop at the local small business. The employees make you feel welcome, not just another commission. If I ever had a problem I know they would help me out, not the run around and weeks of not knowing where your computer is. My purchase was carefully placed in a beautiful reusable bag. Inside the bag were very thoughtful gifts from the store. Black Friday and Cyber Monday are coming fast. I had a great customer experience with the team at Joe's Computer Service. Owner - Mark Jones went above and beyond expectations. These guys fix PC's but I had a problem with my refrigerator's main control board causing it not to cool. A service call by a local appliance repair company determined it was the main control board and that the replacement part was no longer manufactured. I was told to buy a new fridge but due to Covid supply chain issues we were looking at a November delivery for similar new side by side model. After doing a little more research, there were 2 common failures on this main control board. I dropped into Joe's Computer Service on a Friday afternoon and owner Mark Jones heard my conversation with his service technician. Mark came to speak with me and said if I would leave the circuit board, he would work on it and have it ready for me on Saturday morning. Mark called me at 9:45 am Saturday morning and said the board was ready to be picked up as promised and as estimated. My refrigerator is now working properly - Thank you Mark and for your company's excellent customer service and customer friendly rates. ***** Five Star *****
