Overall the gym is great. The only things I think they should invest in is Assault/Rogue Bikes, Ski Ergs, & Kickboxing Bags (the long punching bags) for public use in the FFIT Room. Those would be the best addition to the gym.

I love this gym and the people here but the sauna “should be up and running by next week” for months now. Genuinely considering leaving for that sole reason which I don’t want to do

Love this gym I started doing personal training 3x a week. The fitness director Fallynne is great, very personable and encouraging. I work with Kevin now too, the staff here is great if you want to be serious about getting in shape they will help you! Best cross fit (FFIT) classes around! Gym is very comfortable clean environment with many class offerings. Go ask for a tour.
