Terrible and unprofessional. First, they showed up two hours late. My original appointment was 3pm but I agreed to move it to 2pm. No calls, no texts to say they'd be two hours late. They did not secure my cat with a collar and leash as she needed a lions cut so she was able to jump off the table and crawl through a hole to hide inside the the rear wall of the van. When I complained to the owner, he told me my cat is aggressive and should be medicated. My cat has NEVER been aggressive towards anyone including other groomers. If they had done their job properly and secured the cat she wouldn't have gotten away from them. Also, neither groomer could communicate. One only spoke Spanish, the other was deaf. It was a nightmare.

Quoted me MINIMUM $300 for a bath & haircut, that I've paid a MAX of $120 for the same service & all the extra we could want/need from multiple profession groomers. I hope they go out of business for being so absurdly priced!!!

2 hours behind schedule and they never bothered to reach out. I had to call and text their number just for the guy to tell me they're still an hour away. They didnt even apologize either. Dont waste your time here like I did. For the ridiculous prices they charge, you'd think they would at least tell a customer they're running late. What a joke

First time having someone come to the house to groom my cats KC and Dustin I normally take them to the groomer. They are so beautiful and she did an awesome job. I'll recommend them for your cats to be done and I'll definitely call them again 🙂

If I could give 0 stars I would. They came to my house 2 1/2 hours late and I do get you run late sometimes. That wasn't even the biggest problem. They were so rude! Once they got her in the van I received almost double the quote I was given!! Asked if I wanted them to continue and I said no thank you it was too much. He then proceeded to tell me no wonder you never sent pictures which I sent a couple. Then was trying to tell me my dog weighed more than the 29lbs I told him. Asked if wanted to see the vet records!!! When they brought the dog back to me I could tell they didn't want to do her because I told him I did not want her shaved!! I have never been so upset or disappointed in my life!!! No wonder my poor baby was shaking when he picked her up!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!! ******* My dog was not heavily matted as you stated!! A little matted I would agree with. And I sent a couple pictures, check before you wrongly accuse! It was clear to me that you didn't want to spend the time to groom her properly!!! Are you even licensed? After reading all the one star reviews looks like I dodged a bullet!! I found someone who will take the time to groom her the way she should be and the way she deserves!! And they don't price goudge like you do!!!

My dog had a blast with AJ. He doesn’t usually like baths, but when he came back in the house he was feeling good & jumping all around like he had the best time! She did a great job de-shedding. He smells great & looks great, 10/10 would recommend.

My dog, Sammy, is a Golden Retriever mix with Cocker Spaniel, and trusting new people is very hard for him. Honestly, it’s hard for me too — Sammy is my emotional support, and I get very nervous and anxious when it comes to his care.
From the beginning, the team was patient, kind, and understanding. I was especially surprised when they told me they were able to remove his muzzle during the groom. I truly don’t know how they did it — but they earned Sammy’s trust, and mine as well.
In just about 45 minutes, my baby came out looking beautiful, calm, and comfortable. They explained everything to me and made me feel at ease the entire time.
I finally felt relaxed, which is huge for me. I will absolutely be booking with them every 6–8 weeks.
If you’re a nervous pet parent like me, I completely understand — but trust them. You won’t be disappointed.

Today I had two of my dogs “groomed” by this service. They charged me $300 for baths, and baths only. The technicians that came were nice, but did not cut their nails, trim their fur everywhere nor did they even dry the dogs off completely before returning them into the home. Upon speaking to the owner about the issue he denied a partial refund and said “we don’t do that”.
I was charged full price for a compelete grooming on both of my dogs and all they received was a wash and brush type service.
Extremely disappointed in not only the service, but in the refusal of refund. If all the services that were charged for were not received then any honest company would have no problem refunding for the services not rendered. Will be disputing this with my bank and hope that other potential customers clarify and address things like this before using this companies services

Just had our second groom with Aj's Furry Friends and remain beyond impressed. It is clesr the team loves animals. Noah looks beyond handsome and is so happy. I have no concerns with them grooming my senior cat. They also gave him a little stocking with a treat for Christmas. A beyond adorable little surprise!

What a great experience! Our older kitty was having trouble grooming her back leading to some matting. We were so nervous because she's very anxious and sensitive but they did a phenomenal job! They were prompt, polite, and even gave our grim a little Christmas present! Highly recommend if you need a pet groomed. So convenient and professional!!
