Aftermath Services LLC provides professional bio cleaning and restoration services. The team is described as absolutely lovely, professional, and excellent. Service is prompt, thorough, and compassionate during very difficult times. Technicians are incredibly kind, helpful, patient, personal, and deeply respectful. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and do not miss a thing, cleaning and restoring spaces beyond expectations. The company is outstanding and helpful, with staff clearly explaining the entire process to help clients feel more at ease. They are available and communicative, taking care of everything and leaving properties in great condition. Clients report they would hire Aftermath again and again, recommending them to anyone who needs these services.
When I called SMBC, I believe it was still called Aftermath services. I did not know what to expect. I own a townhouse and my crawl space had been destroyed due to rats being able to access the crawl space by digging underneath the ground. The (rats) destroyed all of the insulation down there and the crawl space was filthy. The day that Serge from Aftermath arrived it was a rainy day.
Serge was so patient and personal. I was not in a great mood when he arrived. I wanted that space cleaned! He was incredibly kind and helpful. We are incredibly grateful to ServiceMaster for their prompt and compassionate response during a very difficult time. They expedited our appointment, and the technician, Serge, arrived right on time. He was not only professional and efficient but also deeply compassionate and respectful. He clearly explained the entire process and helped us feel more at ease. The room was cleaned and restored beyond our expectations. We can’t thank him and the ServiceMaster team enough for their care and expertise.
Going through such awful experience - my brother's death- I couldn't of asked for a kinder, more empathetic, caring team. Sunny was literally available 24/7. There was nothing he and his team wouldn't (try to) do for me and my family. They took care of everything and left the house in great condition. Thank you!
